The Luxury Spa on the Belmond Royal Scotsman Train will let you enjoy the wonderful experience on the go. The Royal Scotsman is Scotland’s own luxury cruise train, offering 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7-night tours of the Scottish Highlands, and a round-trip from Edinburgh begins at $5,581 per person.The Bamford Haybarn Spa is located on this train, and the treatments range from facials, massages, to manicures. The price starts from $32 for a nail file and polish and goes up to $138 for the 85-minute Bamford Body Signature massage, which includes a foot bath and reflexology. The spa was designed with ecology in mind: Sustainable wood from Scotland and the Cotswolds line the ceiling, and treatments are complemented with botanical products. The spa car was designed by Bamford architect, Spencer Fung, using Scottish sustainable wood from Bamford’s Daylesford Estate in the Cotswolds. The cabin-like feel of the treatment rooms will complement the luxurious surroundings of the train and offer the ideal retreat for guests.
